I'm going to post pics to show you guys what I'm talking about later today, but here's my premise:

When it's raining, my windshield looks as if someone has put wax on it. When the wipers are on, the water beads right up and clears off perfectly fine, but there's a haze that looks like someone poured a chemical from the roofline down and it left little "water trails" behind. It's very annoying because it hinders my vision in the rain. All of my windows are tinted, including the front, and I've been back there since this has originally happened and they have no clue what is causing this. I haven't taken it to the dealer yet because I don't want some cocky mechanic laughing at me when he barks "awe, mr. acura driving snob can't learn how to clean a windshield". It's only visible when the wipers are on and yes, I've replaced them. Car has never been rainxed, however I regularly take it to my local pressure washer facility to clean it...any ideas? am I just going crazy? I'll post pics later today for evidence.

 

Take some white vinegar and clean it really good. It should remove any gunk that is on the windshield.
