Once you use a particular product, it's possible to "lock in" the stain. You might want to check into an enzyme based cleaner and/or check the info at the bottom of my post.

I've used everything from:

Dawn + vinegar + ammonia (for some non-milk coffee stains that were not set in and I have a special foamer bottle for it), various enzyme based products that my wife keeps around.

You might be able to try some Oxi-clean:

Here is a link that might interest you. I have pretty good luck with it on certain kinds of stains.

Check this link and look at the bottom:

A pro mentions the sodium metabisulfite in the last posting in the thread.

And this is worth a look:

http://www.baneclene.com/catalog/chemspec_coffee.html

Contains sodium metabisulfite reducing bleach

If you were cleaning the inside of a glass or cup with tea or coffee stains, I'd tell you to get some baking soda.

Good luck, I hope this helps...

I used window cleaner to remove coffee stains from the carpet in my old car, but the carpet was gray. If you have the parchment interior, window cleaner might not be a good idea, as the blue color in the window cleaner might make a stain of it's own. I would try Oxi-clean, I used it (actually a generic brand) to remove stains from the carpet in the house, it worked great.

Greased Lightning

Purple Magic

Tuff Stuff

Take your mats out, clean them in a utility sink with HOT water and a brush. Don't mess around with paper towels and rags.

Blue Magic.

No scrubbing...takes out grease, ink, paint, just about anything. I use it on my carpets in the house too...has saved me plenty of times while drinking cran-grape juice.

Just take it to one of those DIY places and blast it with their soap, then rinse it off. It's only coffee, shouldn't need to use harsh chemicals.

I would recoomend woollite mixed with water. 1 part woolite, 6 parts water. And scrub like a mofo. Then dry as much as u can with a towel. The coffee with start to come off and onto the towel. So if it a deep stain bring lots of towels. You can also try tuff stuff and scrub like a bitch and dry with towel also. Coffee is not really that bad to take out in a carpet. Just work it and keep going at it.
