Many like the Sonax wheel cleaner.
But I agree with Jesstzn in that unless you are dealing with really neglected wheels, these tire and wheel cleaners are not necessary. With regular maintenance, car soap is plenty. If bit more dirtier than usual, an APC will do well.

The problem with the wheel cleaners on the market is that they are very harsh and they are either acidic or alkaline. You have to read the directions carefully as some cleaners can potentially damage certain types of wheels.

I like to use Detailer's Wheel cleaner since it safe to use on all wheels I do not need multiple wheel cleaner's.

Car wash soap with a soft wheel brush thorough rinse.

Note: IMO, they should of never called it a sting ray, after borrowing the rear end from a Ferrari and euro styled it a bit. Maybe Corvette Americana or Corvette I own a badass car and you don't..
