Sure. Cloudy is a great time. Want to come wax my TL for me?
FYI... It's not the light that's the issue, It's the heat. Direct sunlight heats up the body panels which is a no no for wax application. Direct sunlight can be helpful in the Winter time. The key is don't wax if the body is too hot or too cold.
