With this water spot remover (or any water spot remover) should you re-apply your sealant after using? I'm assuming this will remove some protection that's on your paint? Anyone know for sure?

Oh without a doubt. It will remove it all.
Also when completed with spot removal, give the area a good wash to remove the chemicals, a quick polish and then apply your sealant.

Another question...

Is this heavily concentrated like some of their other products? Would this be enough for a hood/roof/trunk?

Theres really no diluting, other then maybe using a water moistened sponge applicator to wipe in. 8oz is plenty to do an entire car with.....but then again it all depends on how severe the spots are. Naturally, it doesnt remove etching, as that is something which requires leveling. Etching is actually a crater, which has reduced the qty and effectiveness of your clear coat in those areas.
