I worry more about always keeping a layer of protection on the paint (wax or sealant) than how often I wash it. That being said, I've started growing sick of washing my car, just too lazy.

Now I just QD the dust off once every two days, keep the paint protected, and only wash after a rainfall when the dirt is too much to wipe off.

My friend just plain doesn't give a shit anymore. He just runs it through the touchless wash and cleans it out when the trash builds up. I'm kind of wondering if I infected him and now his brain is fighting the OCD because I'm now getting worse.

I end up washing it every 2-3 weeks. In between when it gets dusty, I'll just hit up the local car wash bay and hit it with the pressure washer and go for a drive on the highway to dry it off.
