Washing Exhausts

I have Thermal R&D exhausts and the outlets are pretty large. When I wash my car I wash the inside of outlets then spray short quick streams of water into them and let the black shit run out. Can anyone tell me if this bad for the exhausts, cause corrosion or anything ?

Nah Andy, you'll be fine... I do the same thing... but I run my car after I wash it... SO I make a trip to the first red light by my house, wait for someone to come up on my ass at the light and I REV the bitch up to 6K.... Throw all that shit right on their front bumper...... j/k... I don't do that..

Winter Salt is bad... the water promotes rusting... So make sure you run the car afterwards and get the system HOTT.

.

haha, that's like getting behind a truck or SUV with big tires and have TONS of Tire dressing on their tires...ends up all over front of your car and winshield.
Thanks Smitty
