Wash and wax

Washed my car this weekend using Eagle one products and was very impressed. I waxed it using their new product, Nanowax. just spray and wipe, no waiting to dry and no haze. I was surprised how easy it was and the shine my RDX had.

Keep an eye on durability, slickness. Although slickness may not be an indicator of protection, or lack of protection, its usually an indicator that the surface isnt living up to our high standards..! You can always prolong your slickness and protection with a quick detailer, or non hazing spray wax..

agreed...i've never used nanowax, but everyone seems to agree it is a great product for initial appearance...but i haven't ever heard raves regarding its durability. i'd hit the RDX with some Aquawax after each wash and you'll be good to go.

oh...just curious, medtech...is that as in MT (ASCP) med tech...or nursing med tech? my degree from college was for an MT (ASCP)...but switched careers a few years after school.

Thanks I use a local car detailer, and he's detailing my car and going to use a polymer on it. I like using the spray and wipe waxes in between professional detailing. Here in florida gotta keep a good coat on it....especially if its a dark color.

Yep MT (ASCP)........now work as Lab Director...........

who are these experts you speak of...and that may have been true 20 years ago...

besides, broad statements like that don't hold up too well with today's detail products. (pun intended! ha!!)

Can you provide a reference or a link to back such a statement? With the current products available on the markety you don't need much elbow grease thanks to the advancement in technology & science. Try one of the products mentioned above.
