Vinylex vs 303

Which of these products do you guys prefere?

I currently have only used vinylex and armor all. Vinylex is without doubt superior to A.A. I am the type person that dislikes the greasy oily look.

Vinylex seems to do a good job all while keeping down the sheen. Is 303 the next step up? Less sheen, with better protection?

What do you guys think?

Yup - Vinyles and 303 fight it out for top spot all the time . .
Some report less dust attraction with 303 -
the "sheen" as similar . . .

Do vinylex users (I assume we have some here) use it on tires also ?

I don't like Armor All, tried a ton of products out there and settled on Vinylex. I think their leather car products are great as well.

Once I found Lexol products to be good (i would say excellent) I haven't experimented with other so I don't know much about 303.

I'm no expert...but I am loving 303. I use it for everything! Dash, doors, vynol, leather, any plastics, plus I even use it on my tires and my rims.

UPDATE: used vinylex on the dash to test it out before putting it on the rest of the car. The stuff goes on easy and comes off easy too. Way better than armor all. I buffed the dash with a clean towel and the dash looks nice, not very shiney at all. When the sun hits it, there is very little glare on the glass. The protected dash doesn't feel oily either. This is the best dash/plastic protector i've used so far and i've use quite a bit of junk. U can get it at any pep boys.

plus I even use it on my tires and my rims.
give meguiar's tire shine a shot. its the purple gel. lasts for weeks and doesn't spin off tires. try it

Sounds good, but the thing I love about 303 is that I only need to buy 1 big bottle of 303 and it does everything.

vinylex rocks. After reading this thread, I bought a bottle at Pep boys and used it on my dash. Nice neutral effect, not shiny at all, but it really brought out the color in the dash. I think used it on the rest of the, including all the plastic trim on the outside of the car. It really worked well.

303 may be better (I don't know) but it is hard to find in the stores out here in Southern California, and I refuse to pay $7 a bottle to have it shipped.

yes, 303 is tough to find - thats one reason i pestered them to set me up . . .

I used meguiars gel on my tires for two years - hated the gunky buildup . .. glad to be using 303 now, none of that - and weeks of protection, UV40 for my tires keeps the rubber blacker longer . .
