Exclamation UDM for $5.00?

For those of you (like me) who can never, ever possibly seem to win anything, now may be your chance. At the end of the 07 Summer season, (wich cant get here quick enough) Exceldetail.com will raffle off a brand new Ultimate Detailing Machine.
All you have to do with your next order, (Or do it now) is add a $5.00 raffle ticket to it. Retail pricing is $159.00!
And to make it even a little more irresistable, if you are like me, and you just know your odds are too slim to enter, consider yourself lucky. Take the plunge, hit the "order" tab, because you've won already. Everyone who enters, receives an Erasure Microfiber Polishing Towel.
Regularly priced at $2.50, now on sale for $1.67? Am I insane? See what Summer does to me?
Free UDM? Free Microfibers to all who enter?
Have a friend enter, and you get 2 Erasure MF's! (Just make sure he/she puts you down as a reference on the order so I know who to ship two towels too!)

Raffle proceeds

I want to first off apologize for not clarifying the intent of this UDM raffle. It is not my intent to "profit" from this raffle, but rather generate small donations to a cause I feel is worthy. Although never having to experience one with Down Syndrome, I was touched by a recent program involving a child who was diagnosed with it at birth. I'm a father of three beautiful children, now 19, 17, and 13. My wife (of 21 yrs) and I count our blessings everyday, and thank God that they were all born healthy, and without any physical or mental impairments. Coping with such a disorder of a loved one can be difficult at onset. One certainly has to adjust there lifestyle, to better enhance the others.

* 60-80% of children with Down syndrome have hearing deficits
* 40-45% have congenital heart disease
* Intestinal abnormalities and eye problems occur at a higher frequency in children with Down syndrome
* Nutritional concerns are a factor for those with Down syndrome
* Thyroid dysfunction is more common in children with Down syndrome
* A higher frequency of skeletal problems has been discovered in individuals with Down syndrome

Advances in molecular biology make it possible to examine the genetic basis for Down syndrome. Once we identify the genes on chromosome 21 and how they interfere with normal development, we might be able to counteract their effects.

Source:

I want to thank all who have, or who are considering donating to the raffle. Any donations above and beyond costs incurred for this raffle i.e. UDM, towels and shipping/handling, will be forwarded to the Teamupfordownsyndrome Organization.

I would be more then happy to organize additional raffles for causes you feel may be worthy as of personal interest, at a later date. I dont mind taking a "few" bucks in the shorts, as long as its for a good cause!

Exclamation UDM Raffle Update

The UDM Raffle winner has decided to abandon his winnings. He simply wanted to make an "offer for the cause". What we are thinking of doing, is putting it up on Ebay. The winnings will be forwarded to the Team Up for Down Syndrome. Great idea, maybe some of you "ebayers" will decide to take another chance?!
On another note, all of you who participated in the raffle, your MF's ship tomorrow! I was running behind with order processing, so i brought the owels home to pack in envelopes, but forgot the return address labels!!

I realize that, I was just pointing out that I'd also be interested in bidding on it on eBay because I've never seen them on there when I've searched in the past. Does it go by any other name by chance?
