Turtle Wax Liquid Clay Bar Ice-anyone?

I saw this at advance autoparts and I was wondering about this. I'm guessing its probably not as effective as an actual clay bar...but does anyone have any feedback or info?

quick google search found that link, but nothing was really said in there.

its made by turtle wax... the only TW product i'll use is the platinum tire gel. either way, based form prior experiences before i got educated on this stuff, I noticed TW paint products are loaded with fillers, just covering products up.

i'd say get some real clay.

Must be a new product . . . not enough info on the TW website and sounds like an all in one product. I think I'll stick with the normal claybar. Just maybe someone who likes TW can do a review.

Well, I didnt make it to Pep Boys to see if they had any. Time was an issue, and todays detail probably would have been a good test bed.

Detailers Automotive Clay:
The advent of detailer's clay is an example of why it's important to stay in touch with the innovations made in the detailing industry. New products, chemicals, technologies and ideas are constantly being introduced.

When automotive clay was first introduced there were reports of paint damage due to improper use. With education on correct application methodology this is no longer a problem. It amazes me how many professional detailers do not know what detailing clay is capable of, let alone how or why they should use it. (present company excluded of course) For the rest of us who have been using it for ten or more years, we can't imagine being without it

I still read / hear people whom I thought knowledgeable about detailing 'it's non-abrasive and pulls out embedded stuff from paint'

Clay bars are a little different. Some are very harsh, some are very mild. Most are in between in coarseness.
Always use a lubricant with clay. Either a detail spray or a car wash shampoo mixture.
