Touchup paint - when to apply?

So I have a few small scratches on the RRP that I'd like to touch up with a paint pen. Having never done this before, any advice on whether to apply the touch up before applying wax or after? I will have some time to do a full detail on the outside of the TL with a dual action polisher sometime closer to mid-December, so should I wait until then or apply the paint now?

Thanks much,
James

do the touchup paint on a clean surface, using a toothpick tip. try and keep a steady hand and dont blow out the area you're trying to fill in. you will need more than one application, let dry and repeat. you can then seal/wax afterwards as you wish.

Any recommendations for a touch up pen that matches paint the best?
