The PoliSeal is easy .. I apply with a black LC pad on the UDM at a speed of 3.

To start I put a X of PS across the pad thats a 1/8" bead and 4 dimes sized dabs between the legs of the X towards the outside of the pad .. I start on the roof that way I can see at an angle what it takes to polish it to a near invisable haze. I do the whole car and them go back and wipe off the haze. You have to do this in a set pattern because there is nothing to see. Passes overlap eachother by 50%.

Once done I apply the sealant.

Thing I like about PS is I can apply it to the whole car in 10 minutes and 10 to take it off... A small price to pay for a good clean sealant base.

I have tried the same with Klasse AIO and it works but uses a lot more product and its a lot more $$$.

OC was just used on a 4" pad to get a few natural scratches .. OP on a white pad hardly takes off oxidization .. there was very minor swirling cuz we have winter here and cars get washed.

The OP was a very light pass after the claying .. which I forgot to mention before.

Interesting. I have spent the last 37 waking hours going between Acurazine.com, autogeek.net, and autopia's website trying to figure out how I wanted to tackle my 2004 TL. I thought I was doing a great job with just NXT 2.0. How little did I know! I think I have it narrowed down to either the optimum poliseal or klasse. The only thing that I don't like about the klasse sealant is that it recommends doing it by hand.

Yea Klasse SG has a bit of an attitude. You need to put on a super thin layer otherwise its a bear to remove.

Personally, I go with UPP.

Nothing before .. slightly dirty silver car on a cloudy day doesn't show much .. had a lot of rail dust that had to be clayed off. And some minor winter swirling ... I tought the guy how to keep it up on his last TL and it pays off.

i am interested in the optimum stuff, but still a little unsure of the purpose to the optiseal...patricks site says its a protection, can i not use this as a final step, or do i just get the better protection by topping it off...i assume since you topped it with meg 21 that i could also top it with nxt or nxt 2.0...no??

also, does the op do a good job of light correction like it says on its description....i have various pads to use it with....

If you mean PoliSeal ... it does leave a layer of protection but I don't honestly know how durable. I have only done 2 cars where the LSP was PoliSeal and both were a cheapy detail .. no polishing .. just wash and wax. Realters cars and they get pretty abused. I only see them once a year so hard to tell .. they both still looked good after a couple months.

PoliSeal is an AIO similar to Klasse AIO and I use it to clean the surface up as a prep for the sealant .

Optimum polishes have oils in them for working time and I like a clean surface for the sealant ..

PoliSeal seems to remove all of the oils etc.

sorry, i meant the poliseal...i was thinking about getting the optimum polish and the poliseal...so does the polish work well for minor corrections, it seams from the discreption for both products that they both are good for polishing and removing light imperfections and seems as though they work great together...plus as you stated, topping it all off with a sealant is even better...i might use this formula on my cars as soon as i am ready for my next go...

I actually have the Optimum

Hyper Compound
Compound
Polish

Seldom use the Hyper , mostly the Compound on an orange pad for spot correction. You can mix the 2 .

Polish for the complete car .. usually just a slow light pass on a white pad.

Then the PoliSeal followed by sealant of choise. ( Except Glanz .. least the old formula anyway.)
