Some fucker hit me while I was in the Children's Museum, best I can tell.

You may be able to tell, but I have two things going on - some of the paint has peeled off the plastic bumper (top right), and some of their paint transferred onto the bumper.

Suggestions?

If the paint is gone on your car, the only thing to do is to do touch up paint which IMO is quite difficult. From what I can see, the most of it SHOULD buff out with a lot of hard work and the use of the correct products.

I got something VERY similar last week in walmart, I think from a shopping cart though and it is on the left front.

The paint transfer will come off easily. The part where there is paint peeling not so much. You might be able to buff some it off and make it look better.

Like ANC297, best for that is touch up or bumper repaint.

Thanks guys. Without a machine, what's the best course of action to take? APC? IPA?

And I'll be getting some touch-up paint pretty soon, as I needed some anyway. Dealer, or an online paint service?

Polish and some good old fashioned elbow grease.

As for touch up paint, I bought some online from paintscratch.com. Make sure you have your vehicle's color code available.
