Spots on plexiglass surface from leather conditioner

Ive got this problem...I used leather conditioner on my steering wheel and some of it sprayed onto the plexiglass surface covering the gauges...now there are these stubborn white specks all over that I cannot remove...I tried using everything but it seems to go away for a second and then magically reappear. Is there any advice on how to remove those spots??

have you tried either pledge, or STP son of a gun? If neither of those work try Novus, a specialty plastic cleaner

find it here:

Welcome to AcuraZine!

I'm sure members will have some helpful suggestions on products to use to get rid of the residue. Have you tried water + vinegar?

Also, a helpful hint for next time: spray the product onto the towel and *then* wipe....do not spray the product directly onto the surface. This will help you spread the product evenly and will eliminate unintended things getting sprayed by mistake.
