Shelf life (aka: stocking up)

As I'm doing my research for my machine purchase and the polishes to go with it, I made a spreadsheet with current prices of the stuff I buy. Not surprisingly, bulk is the better buy. But on some of this stuff, I was amazed at actually how much of a better buy it is.

So, I know it's hard to give examples over a large range of products, but how comfortable would you be in storing excess, especially in unsealed, closed containers?

And on that note, if one were not able to keep it inside in a climate-controlled environment, how could one try to prevent the products from going bad? My shed isn't air-proof by any means, but seems to stay quite cool. Not sure about how cold it will get inside this winter.

Over a hundred views and no responses. Wow.

Well, I started by buying a gallon of CGW - should last me forever, especially with how I love ONR. Per ounce, it was a no-brainer. I might have to pick up a really cheap foam gun to play around with. Also restocked on my Folex, with the gallon size. Even though I'm pretty much done with my carpet cleaning.

Oh well.

LMAO.............Each has its own lifespan to begin with but temperature swings are what kills products.
