Rough surface on the body....HELP

Yesterday was he first day I washed my car in two weeks, after I was done washing the car I dried it then i notice that the surface of the paint was very rough . I can feel all there little bumps and see some little spots. I tried to take of the rough area with some wax but it won't come off.....If you guys know anything that would help to smooth out the paint of the car agian...should I get it detailed?

I'd suggest using a clay bar. Here's a how-to:

Bingo.....Let us know how it worked out. Polish when your claying is complete, as the clay will remove protection. Keep the thread alive if you want some great results, we'll set ya straight.

Well guys I bought the Mothers detaling kit ......first washed the car with Meguires NXT soap, dried the car with a microfiber towel, then clayed the whole car with Mothers detailing spray, and last waxed the car....I spent 3 hrs total ...Claying the car was a great idea instead of my spending 100+ to get the car detailed......
