REVIEW: s100 aka p215 and a some other shit.
my friend wanted to detail his denali yesterday so i told him to try out this product called s 100. we wnt to the harley dealer bought the s100 paste. then we went to murrays to go get a meguires clay bar(a lot shittier than the zaino clay bar), gold class car wash, endurance tire gel, mothers crome polish(for the 23" giovannas), made the rims bling like a crazy.
first we dawned, clayed, dawned again, then dryed.
then i start applying the s100, what i like about it is that you dont need it to dry on the car, just put it on and buff it off. the paste is very easy to apply although i prefer the liquid zaino. the s100 hid some of the minor flaws in the paint but my friends black car is filled w/ swirls. were gonna have to get some 3m smr or some shit like that.
the shine of s100 was unbelievable after just one coat, i really cant compare it to using zaino on my acura cause the denali has soo many swirls, but once we reduce the swirls on the denali we'll do a side by side shot after we both wax to see what one shines better.
btw, i cant put z-5 on top of his s100 can i??

you usually want to apply the swirl remover before the wax is applied.....wash-->clay-->polish-->wax. the polish is what gives the car the deep wet look shine. the wax just protects that shine.
i bet it took you guys a while to detail that SOB

You can but it won't bond properly. I know some people who put s100 on top of z5, again, it won't hurt, but you won't be able to put on multiple coats of zaino unless the s100 is taken off.

s100 is good shiit.
I used to use it exclusively on my motorcycles. Went on quick & came off quick. They also had a kik-ass spray on wax & cleaner that was tits. It's been awhile since I had a bike tho...don't know if it's still made.

I'm actually going to buy the paste myself from that site. There's no real motorcycle / Harley dealers that I know of around me.. so I'll just order it online and see if I like it better then Mothers.

Yes junior...that's it. That's pretty cheap too.
I wouldn't use it on a dirty ride(of course), but as a detailer, it's awesome. Like at a show for touch up or after a mild sprinkling.
