Removing some minor, and some not so minor scratches....help!

Ok, i'm done taking my car to the Schaumburg Acura dealership.

I have twice taken my care there for basic issues, and just yesterday, my first oil change. Both times I have suddenly noticed new scatches on the car upon getting home with it.

Yesterdays new scratch is near the driver door handle, but it's still on the actual rear door. It's a pretty deep one and your fingernail does catch on it a bit if you drag it across. I'm so pissed but I don't know what to do.

I called them and explained, and they even admitted this scratch was not noted on their documented scratches sheet yesterday when they took my car in. They offered to "try buffing it out and stuff", but i'm literally scared to even take the car there again. Besides, won't they basically just buff off my clear coat?

So, i'm really desperate to find my own way of fixing this new scratch, and a few other minor ones on the car. I'd really appreciate any specific instructions, as i'm sort of new to this type of stuff.

I've also got a black Mazda 3 in the household, and let's just say it's the last black car i'll ever buy in my life. Every single scratch shows up, and i'm hoping this advice will help me clean that car up nice.

Thanks everyone.
