Removing Kiwi Shoe Polish

Hello,

I discovered that I have some Kiwi Black liquid shoe polish on the front of my leather seats, and on my carpet? Anyway, it appears to be dry, and before I proceed to try and remove it, I thought I'd get some expert opinions on what to use? Would Meguiars APC work? Please help me out - it looks terrible!

Thanks!

For these types of stains use Leather Master Leather Degreaser (check for colour fastness) this aerosol product is ideal for cleaning as it dissolves and removes oil and grease from leather surface. This cleaner can be applied for cleaning all types of leather.

First off is the polish there from a scuff or was it spilled?
