Hi- what is the best way to treat the black plastic upper grill. I tried waxing it and some parts were ok other parts did not take wax. Maybe part of it wasn't clean enough? I removed the grill and the chrome parts and I'm scrubbing it all now in the sink. Should I try wax or armoral type stuff on the black grill?
It's a pain to keep clean. What have others used, thanks.

 

you can use a product named Forever Black. it restores your black trim pieces to a brilliant black and a great luster. beware when you sue it though. it is a die and if you get it on paint, well, it will turn black also. apply it in thin coats so it won't run all over the place.
