Recent Email, Eurow Wash bucket kits

I just wanted to share with those of you a recent email regarding the Eurow Wash bucket kits. I currently have 30 remaining, and once these are gone, they are gone forever. With Holidays hot on our heels (less then 8 weeks) these kits make fine gifts for yourself or a friend who's is maybe a little envious of your passion for cars?!

"Patrick, do you still have some of the Eurow bucket "promo's"? While yes it is true that I already bought 3 of them I would like to pick up some more. One for myself BUT most importantly as a gift... these things make an AWESOME gift for someone who needs a few GOOD supplies to take care of their ride."

"Also, I really like the thick MF towel that comes with this kit. I think this towel is the the Eurow Titan 10 pack shag towel 12x16 which you sell in a 10 pack but I am not 100% certain. Please let me know if so because I would like to grab some of these as well."

The towel is actually the Original Titan I sold a few years ago. Eurow has since improved its quality, but these were already packaged in the wash kit. So to answer his question, no, they are not one in the same.

What is the size of the one that comes in that Euro kit?

Is that one like these ---> http://www.prestostore.com/cgi-bin/s...9280&pd=295812

Please excuse my ignorance but...

Some of those towels I'm not sure what their use if for...

Green towel...for the windows? If not...I have been.

Thin blue towel....for the interior...haven't used it yet.

Blue mit...what's the purpose of that mit over the other wash mit?

Dusters...one larger one for the outside...one smaller one for the inside?

I feel like such a dumb ass right now....that's at least half the kit's contents and I have no idea what they do...

You must be referring to the yellow pocketed one? That one I dont resell. (I used to)
The Green Shag towel is what started the whole shag towel revolution! Eurow has since improved it, and its sold through Exceldetail as the Titan Shag. Comes in Blue, 12x16 and 16x24. There are comparable towels sold elsewhere for nearly twice my price. They are used for final wipedown, and post product removal buffing. They have the extreme ability to remove existing oils prior to sealant application, as well as post sealant oil removal. (At least thats where I find their best value). I dont recommend them for glass work.
As for the large duster, well, neither are the worlds best for fine paint work. I wouldnt hesitate using the small one for interiors, but I would be a little cautious with the larger one for paint.
The Blue mit can be used for NRWS techniques, final wipedowns, QD'ing and final buffing! Any where where you would normally use a MF, but find more comfort in "not holding it". I find them invaluable when using Optiseal as a sealant. I actually include the same mit with every Optiseal purchase.

Great...using everything in the kit for the wrong stuff.

Ha ha...total newbie to this detailing world.

The yellow pocketed one, yes that is the one...I like the size of that towel but one is not enough to dry my car without constantly wringing it out.

At least one more would help me....can you suggest the one that is closest to that one?

The green towel is not very big...we are talking about the same one?

12 X 16 sounds like it would be the size...don't have it handy to measure.

Yes...doesn't work on windows because it leaves green fibers I noticed.

What is NRWS? Not found in detailing acronyms thread.

No rinse....? ws

Thanks for the clarification.

The yellow pocketed one, yes that is the one...I like the size of that towel but one is not enough to dry my car without constantly wringing it out. There weren't a whole lot of fans who liked the pockets, so I dropped carrying them. Although a very absorbent towel to start with, it gets even better after a few washes. Also consider using a sheeting method when rinsing, also raise the hood and deck while you dry the vertical panels.

At least one more would help me....can you suggest the one that is closest to that one? Monterey or Pacific Waffle Weaves would suffice, but if you use the sheeting method and directions above, the Seafoam White should be adequate. Heck i can dry an entir SUV with one 24x36 WW and a small Riptide.

The green towel is not very big...we are talking about the same one? The Green is the Original, its since been improved.

12 X 16 sounds like it would be the size...don't have it handy to measure.

No rinse....? No Rinse Wash and Shine, by Optimum

Thanks for the clarification.

Casters would be sweet for moving the bucket around. Especially since it's 6 gallons...........

I considered having casters as a option, but it would have just added weight to an already pricey shipping charge, as well as added additional costs. I wanted to keep this pup under $20.00 to help Eurow close them out.
If you have a Harbor Freight close, they're a great option!

Also although the container is 6 Gal, I hope those who have purchased are not addint even 5 Gals of water, I mean thats 40lbs you have to lug around, not to mention wasting soap or NRWS. 3 Gals I could see! (OK, maybe 4)

Yeah...I wouldn't fill that bucket to the max.

Bummer to hear they are closing it out...people hopefully will get one in time before they sell out.

I would buy another one but can't spare the room.

That's a good idea, I have a bucket for each vehicle, and could have 1 rinse bucket, do you mean to rinse my dirty cloths in?

Yes. When you wash, dip wash mitt into soapy bucket. Wash car. Rinse mitt in rinse bucket before going back to the soapy bucket. Helps keep dirt out of the soap on also off your car.

Extra buckets are good for your dirty towels and wash articles as well........
These buckets really pay for themselves rather quickly. Not to mention what you could use them for in the house, like mopping floors (casters come into play here). Have kids? Good little bucket to store toys in or have in your arms when your picking up little toys around the house too. Oh, they're also great for storing detailing chemicals!

Good news, bad news folks........Eurow is just tickled pink I have sold over 70 Bucket kits, bad news is, I have just a handful left! And I mean a few!
Good news is, they invited me in to put a special kit together. This coul dbe a mix of there items, plus popular Exceldetail Car Care items!
So Im asking A-ziners, what do YOU want in a kit? Obviously, the prices will not be the same, it cant as the promo pakages have been depleted. Additional labor on Eurow staff as well as mine will add to the price, as will specialty items included.
So lets just start with the bucket, whatever you think is necessary, and maybe one or two specialty items! Lets hear it guys! And a big THANK YOU to all who have purchased this kit in recent months!
