Seems someone hit my back bumper with their license plate bolt and it left a little gouge in the plastic. The black paint hasn't been chipped off and it's not very deep. Just wondering how best to treat it. Sand it down with a fine sandpaper and then fill it with something then cover it with a lil touch up paint? All suggestions are welcome.

 

I'm also interested in this, I have a little gouge on my back bumper that I want to get rid of as well.

 

my guess would be to sand it down, body putty. sand down so its smooth with the bumper. primer, touch up paint, wet sand, clear?

 

Hmmm, sounds like it'd work. Sounds like a good amount of work too.
