Rain-X Accident (INTERIOR)

Okay detail guru's... here's one for you. A coworker's husband was washing her car & interior before their vacation next week. He accidently grabbed the RAIN-X wipes instead of the ARMORALL wipes and hit her whole dash with it (2007 Odyssey Mom-wagon). Now the dash has turned white in spots. He tried Armorall and it doesn't seem to be helping.

Any ideas on how to remove it? Or is the Mom-Wagon doomed to eventually disintegrate due to the chemicals in RainX?

Thanks!

Rain X is some type of alcohol, so it probably bleached it...

She ended up trying 409, Dawn, and a few more cleaners to remove it and then ended up using Skin-So-Soft (!) which does turn it back to black. Its a temporary fix for now until she can get back from vacation and order the restore kit.
