Quix Scratch Remover

Hey guys,

My girlfriend backed into the garbage can yesterday, and put a nice 6 inch scratch on the rear door. Anyway, I'm about to run to Walmart and pick up some Quix Scratch Remover. I was just curious what the detailers on this forum currently think of this stuff?

Also, this scratch is pretty deep (I can feel it with my finger nail). Is there anyway that this product will work on this scratch? How does the sand paper that comes with it work? Do you suggest that I use that for this scratch?

Lastly, what is the BEST way to use this stuff on very deep scratches to get the best results possible? If this scratch can't be removed, I would at least like to lessen it a little bit.

I will try to post a pic when she gets home with the car (if it's not dark out)

Thanks

Jeff

If its deep, your better off filling it with touch up, wetsanding then polishing.......
