One of my customer work truck needed some work and ask me if i would dare tackle it. so i said sure (wrong answer) lol.






hardly see any reflections.

Process:
started with the wheel/wheel well.
it was so bad, i had to jack up the truck and take it off and clean it 1 by 1



1)Wheels:
Meg Wheel Brightner w/ SwissVax brush,and Uber Spokes brush for the rims, had some tar stuck around the inner rim so soak the rim with Stoner Tarimator let it dwell and the scub off with Bug Sponge
Meg Super degresser w/ Meg Wheel Brush for the tires.
2)Pre-soak:
Foam Gun w/ CG CWC
3)Wash:
CG CWG w/ 2 Bucket Method, Grit Guard & Zymol Sponge
4)Clay:
Blue Clay Magic & Optimun IGE as Lube

5)Taping:
3M Blue tape
6)Polishing step:
Started with

Makita 9227c / White pad / Menzerna SIP
work pretty good but the pads i had for makita wasnt good, it started to fall apart, so I move back to my Trusted Flex.

Flex 3401 DA / LC PW / m105 v2 and work like a charm and finish it down with LC white / Menzerna 106FA.

7) Rinse with CG CWG
8) Sealed w/ UPGP
9) Exterior Trim Treated with Black WOW
10) Wheels treated w/ Z16 / Wheel well w/ AA Foam Spray / Rims Polish/seal w/ DG 105

Very nice job! Those rims probably weren't cleaned since 03 by the looks of things, but you got them nice and shiny again. Did you wet sand the headlight(s)?

What did you finish the clear down with?? All I seen in the pics was the 105??

You did a kick ass job on those wheels!!! Gotta love Megs Wheel Brightener!
