Going through the drive-through ATM, dropped the check I'd just endorsed and the wet ink smeared all over my taupe seats!

Any tips on safely removing pen ink? Castille soap and water don't seem to be cutting it.

 

Hair spray - the cheap aresol stuff.... take a microfiber cloth (or cotton wash cloth if you must) and spary some hair spray onto the cloth for about three seconds - then lightly dab it on the seat. Should come right off.

Word of caution - some people told me it might damage my seats - others said no way.... I have an 02 TL with Taupe seats and the same thing happened to me... I took this advice and it came right off with no damage to the leather whatsoever. (just wanted to give full disclosure - worked like a champ for me...)G/L
