PC question for Excel

I'm looking to get this combo:

UDM Model 1000 w/5.5'' Erasure Orange/White/Red Polishing kit, 3 Supreme MF's

Just wondering if it should be PC in there instead of UDM. I remember seeing a thread way back about PC's replacing UDM's but just wanted to be positive.

Also will the orange/white/red pads with optimum polishes be abrasive enough for moderate swirling or should i go with some more abrasive pads?

Thanks

The new UDM's are essentially PC's so there really is no difference. If you want one with a little more power, the Meguiar's G110 has the slightly stronger motor.

The kit from Patrick with the orange, white, and red pads should suffice for your Acura paint. Thoroughly learn the machine itself and you can do some pretty amazing work with it, you'd be surprised.
