Paste Wax vs. Liquid Wax

Are they any different from each other...does paste wax out shine the liquid or vice versa? ie. is Meg's Gold Class Liqiuid better than paste?

Normally, liquid past waxes contain more petroleum carriers making them actually less durable as a protectant. The idea behind waxes is protection, you must draw the line on application frequency vs protection. Pastes will last longer, although may be more difficult to apply and remove. Theres also less chance of staining with pastes........

to excel. A paste will definently last longer. Liquid wax is something I use for a quick 'pick me up' or to give it a final gloss if I'm at a show or something. Paste actually forms a 'protective barrier' which of course will last longer. Polymers in general last longer than carnaubas. I've seen polymer pastes last up to 3 months, while I have never seen a pure carnauba that made it more than month.

I agree. They add more petroleum stuff to the liquid wax so it can be squeezed out of the bottle, more convenient but paste is the way to go. If I were you skip the GC and try Klasse AIO/SG. Lasts much longer.
