Yep. Grab a clay bar (and if it doesn't come with lubricant), a quick detailer, or use some soap and water in a spray bottle. Lubricate the area really well and just glide the clay over the paint (no pressure required). It might take a few passes to get all the paint, but it should come off.

Good luck.

If its fairly fresh, which i think it is, you can also try some mineral spirits or 3M tar/adhesive remover. Clays works well also, but is better suited for smaller problematic situations. Its really designd as a overspray type of product. Always clean, polish and seal after using clay or any type of product designed to remove paint/tar/adhesive etc.....

I had a similiar situation when I crossed over a bridge, while I was driving on it they must have been painting high above. To make a long story short, the entire car was covered with small silver splashes. I used bug and tar remover, it worked really well, first I washed the car then rubbed in the remover then quickly washed the car again to make sure all of the remover was off. Good Luck
