Paint Issues

I have some yellow paint on my car that was rubbed on by a gate that was closing too soon. I tried buffing it out but to no avail. What type of products are out there to solve my dillema?

well I tried zaino clay bar and I tried everything they had as well, and I also tried a compound wax and nothing worked. Whats 3m PrepSolv?
