Ok Newbie to the serious detailing world

I have always been into detailing but I am definetly in the minor leagues. I am interested in getting serious and going to the majors. I need some people in here wih professional experience to help me out. I need the names of good buffers and products so that I can begin my quest. I have a Pearl White 06 RL and my parents have cars in desperate need of swirl removal and detail. Please gurus out there help me out with everything from buffers, to pads, to products.
