Ok...anybody who's fanatical about the finish on their Acura knows just how soft the paint is. I've detailed a TL and a green Accord...both had butter-soft paint and corrected fairly easily.

I think a different paint might be used on the RL because of the aluminum body panels (hood, front fenders, and trunk lid). I've had to go a lot more abrasive with my pad and polish combination on the RL than I did to achieve the same results on the TL and they are both NBP.

I call upon the NBP masters and anybody else with an observation on this little factoid. Thanks!
