NXT Question

Just bought the NXT line of Products, and my question is the use of the NXT Spray Wax and NXT Speed Detailer. Now it's my understanding that you use a polish before you would apply the NXT tech wax. Reading the label on these two products lead you to believe that they do the same thing. So my question is would i apply one of these products before I wax? If not what should I use before hand?

I will be doing the Wash, Clay, Wash before applying any wax or polish...

Thx

NXT doesnt make a polish. The speed detailer is just that, I call them flash or quick detailers. You really should polish prior to using the NXT Tech Wax. The Tech Wax has mild cleaners in it, but nothing that will remove any spiderwebbing or light scratches.
Use the Speed detailer between washes, and only to remove fingerprints or very very light dust. Youll find the speed detailer will prolong your wash periods also.

Wash
Clay
Polish
Seal.....Wallah..

Theres really no need to wash after you clay. Polishing will remove any contaminants left over. Just wipe up the lube with a microfiber after you have clayed, and dont let the lube dry.

The term polishing has always been synonomous with waxing, but in actuality are two different things. Polishing is really cleaning the paint of oxidation and minor imperfections such as spider webbing and swirls. It's like a prep before the final step of waxing. As far as brands go, there are many. Klasse AIO, Pinnacle Paintwork Cleanser, P21S Paint Cleanser, Four Star UPC, Meguiar's, Poorboys SSR or Pro Polish, and Blackfire GEP just to name a few. And you can get most of these online through such places as Premium Auto Care, Autopia, Top of the Line, Excel Detail and Proper Auto Care. Of course, there are numerous other sites, but these are ones mentioned a lot in the forum. I've used the Klasse AIO and Fourstar with very good results.
