The first thing I noticed about this yet released product is its ability to hold, and generate a lot of suds!

As for actual washpad foam, I dont think its the same, its very soft yet very durable.....Kind of weird feeling, and it will be patented.....

Probably more then you think. I know it may look "just like foam" but theres a lot of technology behind it as well. (This was my feeling as well wen I spoke with its manufacturer)
I think according to its manufacturer, msrp should run between $12-$15.00.
My initial offering will be low for the first week, then follow MSRP with a ziner discount. Im still awating marketing peices/tidbits. As of now, all I have is a firsthand experience, and it really is quite unique. Ive been seuch a loyal sheepskin fan for SOOO long, its hard to imagine me using anything else....

But the foam this thing generates is amazing......

My first Avatar....
It looks like a fancy sponge.
Hypothetically - If we were to use a sponge on our cars, would there be a big chance of leaving swirls/scratches?

The beauty of these washmits is the crisscross cuts provides habitat for larger peices of debris, and it rinses out, extremely well. The foam is very very soft also.......Just watch out around emblems though!! The same places that snag sheepskins will tug at the foam pad....

This mitt is probably only useful if you use the two-bucket wash method and do so consistently. Otherwise, you do run the risk of entrapping small particles which may result in light surface scratches. I do like the ability to hold soap suds, but still prefer the two-bucket wash method and a boar hair brush.
2 buckets are always safer, but not always practical.
Boar hairs bruhes are nice, but $$$.....!
I have some of these arriving shortly, another week or so to come of the production line according to the manufacturer this a.m.
