Need good swirl remover

Need good swirl remover
I have been using Klasse AIO and SG on both my '04 TL and
my wife's '04 ML350 - which is black. They both look great,
but I started to notice distinctive swirl marks on the ML350.
Hadn't noticed before, I am guessing they are from the
carwash that my wife uses - I don't.
Need a suggestion for a good "light" swirl remover that
might help with this. Then I would reapply the both
Klasse products...
Seems mostly on the hood, I need to inspect the rest
of the car. I want something I can apply by hand or using
by hand.

I've used Meg's ScratchX by hand, which works pretty well.
I've recently started to use 3M's SMR (Swirl Mark Remover) which has worked REALLY well with the use of my Porter Cable. *EDIT*: But I see you are looking for something to use by hand....
