We bought the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser the other day. I used it to clean a shower stall and it did a great job. Then I took it outside to clean my gas grill and again, the crap just came right off. I rinsed the grill with water, then got a towel to wipe it dry. The towel started to dissolve right on the grill! A piece of the towel broke off and fell on the ground. I tried to pick it up, but it was dissolving right there on the driveway and my finger started to burn. I quickley re-rinsed the grill, and my driveway.

Now I'm wondering, what is this stuff. My guess is some sort of lye, especially since it says not to mix it with bleach. (lye + bleach = nerve gas (a generalization)).

I'd be afraid to use this inside the car like others have suggested. Any other experiences like this?

 

all i know is it cleans the hell out of my sneakers.

 

Does wonders to get the crayon off my walls.
