Mother's 'Reflections'

Never been a big MotherLover, but am very positive on the new "Reflections" Car Wax and separate "Sealer/Glaze".

A polymer product, Mother's found a way to incorporate a mild chemical and slightly abrasive mechanical cleaner/polish into their product, so it is an idea "one step" product. It is mild, but has enough cleaning action to prep the surface, dull the edges on minor swirls, without doing any damage itself.

I previously liked Klasse AIO as a one-step that shined well, but the Reflections gave me better results - clearer, brighter shine, with that crisp polymer look, as compared to the softer, "mellow" shone of a carnauba. On light or dark metallics (mine is Deep Green Pearl), the Mother's product really surprised me in the glass-like surface, the ease of use, etc. I found it to be nearly as good as my multi-step Zaino.

The sealer/glaze can be used to top coat any other polymer or wax - it goes on easily and comes off just as easily - no smearing, no need to mist it, etc. I did not find that it greatly improved on the shine the Car Wax, so if you need to choose between the two and want the easiest route towards a very nice finish, I recommend the Car Wax first.

I paid about $16 for it from Palm Beach - also got some from AutoGeek.

This will be the stuff I use on the TL, my wife's car, etc.

For the S2000 where it never sees rain, snow, long stays in the sun, and is in an A/C garage, I find the Zaino multi-step program (Z-5, then Z-2) with a top coat of German S100 (carnauba/beeswx) still has a slight edge on a light metallic finish(Silverstone).

For reference, here are others I tried before the Mother's Reflections:
Klasse All-in-One
Zymol Cleaner/Wax Liquid
Meguiar's NXT

I used the synfx polymer. I'm kind of a newb to all the waxing stuff so i don't really have anything to compare it to. I washed and waxed it about a month ago.

here are some pics from about 1 week after i washed/waxed.

Well it's been one month and the water still beads up very well, so i would say yes. It seems to last. I'm actually going to buy some clay and rewash, wax today.
