Not a big fan of Meg's Gold Class Leather Cleaner. I prefer Zaino Z-10 Leather in a bottle.

there is not much to know here....just wipe it on and wipe it off...period...

i personally use the gold class wipes as its just easier for me...i wipe the seats down with them, then i wipe with a dry cloth....sometimes i take a damp microfibre cloth and just clean the seats....

i used that stuff in my integra and it did OK, though my integra didn't have perforated leather. if you have perforated leather it is quite annoying to use from what i hear.

i migrated to lexol and havent looked back. i plan on using lexol for my TL, also.

Meg's Gold class is OK for leather, there are better products, but it's not bad for an OTC. Like Vinnie said, just apply, and then wipe excess off, no real secrets

For what's it worth, I'm also a Zaino Z-9 (leather cleaner) and Z-10 (leather in a bottle conditioner). I've been using these two products for the past 6 years, and have nothing but positive things to say about them.

After two years of ownership, my TSX still smells brand new inside.

dude, there is nothing wrong with the product you got...if anything, i would just get the wipes as they are easier....

nothing you use is going to do anything different to the seats in your car as they are sealed in a coating of vinyl/polyurethene

www.zainostore.com-you can only order it online-it's not sold in stores.

Leather is not supposed to smell like anything actually. It's just that they put something on the leather that makes it smell that way. Some cars don't have any "new" leather smell, but it's really rare these days. Same thing goes for leather jackets, most smell "new", but if you buy something expensive it won't smell like anything.

Yea, but we've all been conditioned to think differently. Anyway...I still like the fake smell.

So for us 1st get CL owners with our vinyl coated seats we should just use the same product we use on our dash etc?

Remember you are dealing with the finished urethane coating on the leather and not with the leather itself.
