Which material is gud to wash and polish

Which material is gud to wash and polish
For washing I have confusion between sheep skin mitt , microfiber towels and as welll Terry cotton towels.
For polishing I do see microfiber and 100% cotton towels. Which one is prefered to do this job. Your valuble information is appreciated.
