A little rain won't harm the leather/interior right?

Hi, you know when you get out (also in) of the car rain gets inside while your door is open for that second or so. I know its unavoidable, but it's not too harmful right? I've never had a leather interior car before. Thanks.

Better to keep some towel in the cabin and dry it as soon as you can. Not good to let water sit there. Also use good quality leather cleaner and conditioner regularly and you'll be fine.

these leathers are treated w/ water. A little water won't hurt them

~One man’s opinion / observations~

A leather tannery soaks leather hides in a water/oil solution, so water will not ‘harm’ leather. But as suggested wipe dry any water as soon as possible, it is possible to ‘water stain’ leather if you let water sit for too long (the stain is actually the leather dye washed lighter by the water, rare but possible)

~Hope this helps~

Just so you guys know for future.....my arm rest did have marks from where the rain drops were..and it was obvious, however it returned to the proper colour once it properly dried, a couple of min/ hours....not quite sure but it has happened a couple of times and there are currently no marks on my arm rest.
