light swirls? pictures inside

light swirls? pictures inside

ok i have a black tsx, now i polished and used opt hyper compound before..it remove most of the swirls on my car and it looks better then what it us to. but the car was left with small swirls but not as bad.. can anyone just tell me what type of polish will i need to finalized the car and pretty much have 95% of the swirls remove from the car?

here are pictures and maybe it will give u guys a better idea..

If you have a products that "worked", why not continuing using it? Clears dont get softer, or harder as you progress. It just sounds like you need to keep at it, maybe swap the pad out for a new one every couple panels to maintain cutting abilities.
Now, if they are pad induced swirls, you need to step your pad and product down a notch......

keep at it, if you still can't get rid of it, look into some mezerna SIP (super intensive polish)

Was your process just the Optimum Hyper Compound? or did you follow up with a lighter polish after? I know you said you polished and used OHC but it wasn't clear. What pad combinations were used during the detail?

As Patrick mentioned, you can always keep at it and possibly bump down the aggressiveness of the pad or try a better finishing polish than OHC with a less aggressive pad. SIP is some great stuff and finishes down quite nicely.

Keep us posted on what you end up going with and how things turn out.
