leather folding up..help

So my 03 CL which has a black interior has these verticla "folds"..i'm not sure how else to describe it..it is not smooth and there is a line going down on the passenger side.. and on the back seats on the top corners it isn't smooth either...I've tried using the lexol cleaner and conditioner to see if it would smooth out those parts..but I am wondering if i am even using hte right stuff..

Is there anything out there that would smooth out these parts on my seats?

This is why we ask for a photograph, it’s far easier to analysis a problem by seeing it as opposed to guessing from even a very eloquent worded description (plus we like to see photos of your car LOL)

Unfortunately (And Jon correct me if Im wrong) once leather creases, its impossible to rejuvinate/repair the crease. Imagine if you will, a wrinkle (and we all get them) in your skin. No matter how often you condition it (and we rejuvinate layers daily) its still remains. If one can keep the leather soft and pliable from the get go, their leather will sustain a much longer period without folds and wrinkles. I hate to be the bearer of inconvenient truth!

here are the pictures of my seats

this is the passenger seat

rear right seat, in the corner you could see the folding on the leather

rear left seat , in the corner you could see the folding of the leather

so there's no products out there that could help smooth those parts out?

If the vehicle is new it would be a problem with the hied and or it's installation.

If the vehicle is 'new you you' it looks like over-conditioning and / or the leather drying out from UVR.

The bad news. no way back that I know of...Sorry

I have had several cars with leather seats and I have never been really good about cleaning and conditioning the leather on a regular basis and unfortunately this has been the outcome from what I have seen. I have never heard of a way back myself, but I am hardly an expert compared to the pros on here.

Keep the surface slick! You should be able slide on your seats......

i heard you could lube it with your normal leather conditioner and blowdry it / heat gun it @ low temp for awhile to soften the leather.. you guys could correct me if i'm wrong.. but what i hear! try it first on your grandpa's leather chair =P

Actually, the more I think about it, the more I am wondering if I have a defect with my 07 TSX. My leather, on the passenger side seat, on the rear portion of the bottom cushion, the leather appears to be really scrunched up. Does this appear to be normal? The car only has 4,100 miles on it. Here are some pics.

When I had my TL-S, someone told me this creasing was due to the "coating" that the Honda/ Acura leather has. I don't think you can do anything about it.
