I wash it once or twice a week. Still doesn't come off. Is there a product used to remove this??

Clear coat is porous and the stain has gone into it. You will have to polish it to see if you can remove it. You might be lucky and IPA may remove it but hard to say, depends on the leaf.

Some leaves can stain in a matter of hours.

Sometimes the stain can be removed but other times they cannot. Use a mild/light polish and that will help determine if it'll come off. Usually with some polish and elbow grease you'll be good to go.

You can also try using automotive clay if the polishing doesn't work but I doubt it'll do much for the stain itself if it is a stain, however it'll smoothen the paint and remove all the embedded debris that could be causing the stain.
