Langka isn't a scratch remover. It's for removing excess paint from a chip repair. It works OK. You gotta let the touchup paint dry really well before using it.

Que'? Did you read the directions on it? It's used to remove the excess "blob" of paint when you fill a chip. You put some on a clean 100% cotton cloth and place the blue plastic card underneath the cloth. You rub the Langka over the blob and it smooths out the chip.

Well so far it looks like i have deep scratch which was painted over with some layer of paint , so i can put more of that of that paint and then smooth it down. Until it wont be noticeable or maybe less noticeable ? is that how it works ?

it's not going to do anything on the old dried paint . . . it works on not yet dried blobs.

as long as there is nothng above the line yet, then when you add more, it will smooth it out.

or, you could get a sanding stick and remove whats there and try over again . . .
