Inside door panel lost its shine
While I was driving today I noticed that my arm was sticking a little bit to the "leather" area directly under the window (the spot where the door lock is located). The spot looked like it had sticky residue on it, like what would be left from a sticker. So when I got home I took some 303 cleaner to it, then some 303 protectant. Once it was dried off I noticed that spot was alot duller than the rest of the panel.
It looks like some of the plastic coating that was on the leather has been removed (or worn off from me resting my arm on it) from a 4" section.
Is there anything I can put on it to restore the plastic coat/shine?
I also tried some vinylex because it usually makes the dash much shinier, it did nothing to fix the problem.

i think i wore the plastic off and made it worse by scrubbing it with 303 cleaner. it seemed to be a smaller spot, now its much bigger.
is there nything i can put on it to make it look like the rest of the panel?
it was hard to take a picture of, but it is more noticable in person

You could put an actual dressing on it. That would really pick up the sheen. Something like One Grand Do It All:
ONE GRAND DO-IT-ALL+ is a safe, all purpose preservative for vinyl, rubber, plastic, leather and leatherette surfaces. DO-IT-ALL+ leaves a satin sheen that is not greasy or sticky. The applied surface remains like new and will not crack or chalk out. DO-IT-ALL+ will restore surfaces that have deteriorated and protect them from future damage.

its not that its just clean, i did the whole panel with it. im pretty sure i've rubbed the plastic coating off
wouldn't putting one grand do it all be the same thing as putting vinylex or 303 protectant on it? don't think that gonna help.
