Once a month I use a leather cleaner and conditioner, but for some reason it just seems that my leather is to hard and definitely not supple enough to be comfortable on longer trips. How can I make my leather feel softer.

Soft leather = wrinkled seats

I'm sure you do not want wrinkles. Plus, the leather has zip to do with the foam being hard in the seats.
