How to remove/diminish scratches in the interior?

How to remove/diminish scratches in the interior?
I just bought a CPO 3G TL and there are a few scratches on the passenger-side dash (and some scratches on the door from shoes). Can anyone suggest some products/methods to help get rid or diminish the appearance of them?
