How do you clean matte colored wheels, such as the silver CE28's

I have a set of the regular silver CE28's. The color finish is this matte paint. Everytime I wash my car I scrub the wheels with a wet/soapy cloth, but I've noticed that the brake grime is getting worse and I can't seem to scrub it off.

Do you guys have any hints/suggestions in cleaning wheels like mine?

thanks,
chikai

I would suggest a non-acidic cleaner like P21S. Check here for some other products. You can check here also. Hope this helps.
