Got some of that Yellow Highway paint on my exhaust, and some parts of the body.

It is dried, and doesnt come off with a regular wash.

I am thinking claybar won't get it off, because my nail wont even do anything to it

So need some input. I KNOW you pro detailers have insight on this

That is actually called thermoplastic (Melted plastic). It also has impregnated glass beads in it which make it visible at night. So claying is a dangerous alternative.
Probably going to have to hit it with mineral spirits.
